Keep on doing it…  I do the shred 1-2 times a week on my “off” days.

I would just keep going, as long as you aren’t bored with it. I’ve been doing it for more than thirty days, but I don’t do it every day – some days I do different things. I would say that as long as your body isn’t used to it and you aren’t finding it too easy, keep going!
