The shred is pretty killer. I used it to tone up before i went to Mexico last year and I sometimes use it now as a supplement to my regular workout. I lost a few pounds and several inches in a month but i was doing other workouts with it too.  I just started using it again to add variety to my routine. Just be sure to add some cardio and a low cal diet and you will see some results in a month.

I like it a lot… If you just do the shred you will tone up but probably wont lose weight.  Its great for days you really cant get yourself to go to the gym.

I’m on day four…I’m starting to be a little less sore. I think the soreness means its working…I’m excited to see if I get results.

I did the full 30 days and then used it on my “off” days when I was training for a half marathon.  It helped me lose 30 pounds!  It’s HARDCORE and you’ll definitely want to die and/or punch Jillian in the face before it’s all said and done, but your body will reap the benefits.
