i know there's a million threads about 30 day shred... and i noticed the weekly workout check in thread...
and thought that since so many of us are on this program, we could use a support group too!!
Yesterday marked my 6th day of 30DS… having made it through 2x of each level!
FI and I came up with a regiment to keep our workouts from becoming mundane.
We are doing 2 days – level 1, break day, 2 days – level 2, break day, 2 days – level 3, break day…
working out 5 times a week and re-adjusting the break days with how our bodies feel (if we can handle 3 days straight of working out, we’ll do it!)
I haven’t wiifitted since I started the shred and I’m thinking about going to get JM’s other workout dvd’s during my lunch hour to keep the workout routine fun and interesting.
I haven’t weighed myself yet either, but tonight I will and keep you bees posted; please do the same! :D
