30 day shred: do you do level 1 for the entire 30 days?

The way it’s designed, you do level 1 for 10 days, then level 2 for 10 days, then level 3 for 10 days–30 days total.

The way I do it, I don’t do Shred every day (I mix with other exercise) so I just move up when I feel ready.  Which means never, because I got lazy!  But I’m trying really hard to get back on track!
