What results have you experienced from 30 day shred? Along with muscle gain and toning up, have you also lost a lot of fat or slimmed down? Anyone have before and after pics? Im on day 7 and i’ve seen slight changes but nothing huge so far.

i have definitely seen HUGE results in my hips, waist, and abs… and of course toning definition in my upper arms, thighs, and calves as well.
i’ve been 30 DS and using JM”s other dvd’s for about 5 weeks, i gained weight the first few weeks from the muscle i put on (i was the skinny, but with a lot of fat mass vs. muscle mass)…. and in the last couple of weeks, ive been tapering to my original weight but with much more muscle… i’m hoping to slim down five lbs or so in the next 5 weeks ’til our engagement pictures…
cutting out as much sodium in your diet DEF helps to keep the belly fat down!

Thanks for sharing your results! Im def trying to cut down sodium and limit my carbs to 30 a day MAX! Its soo hard but soo worth it.
