I think I do aerobics moderate. It's worth about 2 points. I wish you could look it up on the site!
I know! They have the activity points for some work out videos, but the 30-day shred, which surprised me! I entered it in as moderate, but I just wanted to check what else people have done.

I am trying to calculate how many Weight Watchers activity points I should give myself for doing the 30-day Shred. If I enter it in as a moderate exercise, the point tracker gives me 2 points for it and 4 points if I enter it in as high. What have you done?
I feel completely off the boat with my point counting last month and am getting back into it. Much easier with this warm weather!
