Ok, so I'm thinking of starting one of these 2 programs, but I'm having a hard time deciding between the 2. I'm looking to get lean and to tone, not really build any more muscle (I already have "soccer legs" & buying boots is hard enough already thanks. LOL)
Which one's better to start? Does one get better results than the other? Any advice ladies??? Thanks! :)
