30 day shred is amazing. Her meal plan is really good, you can also adapt a clean eating diet and it will really help lean you out while doing 30 day shred. Or check out tone it up, which is a little expensive, but it’s a lifetime membership and those girls really know their stuff, the meal plans and the work outs and encouragement are all so worth the investment 🙂

If you really want to flush your system, I’d say go the raw-food route.  It’s like a giant toothbrush for your digestive system, cleans you out from tongue to tail. 

Try and start your day with a green smoothie: spinach, parsley, mango, and apple juice is my personal fave

fruits, veg, nuts, seeds as snacks

Big salads for lunch and dinner

Also, drink TONS of water and tea.  Not only will you lose some weight, you’ll also renew your digestive system, and your skin will look AMAZING.
