Have any Canadian brides successfully used paper source's 4 bar envelopes for their response cards?

I ordered them for our wedding since it says on the website they're mailable, but when I got them I measured them and they're 8mm smaller than the minimum allowable standard mail by Canada Post.

I think this is what my SIL used for her invitations, and they had to pay extra to mail them... at least I think that was the problem, as the invitations were certainly not heavy or large!
