Hello fello bees! So I was just talking to my florist today and got asked an interesting question…”How am I going to decorate my ceremony space?” I COMPLETELY forgot to even think about it! Due to Washingtons weather, my FI and I decided it was safest to have our ceremony inside. We found this amazing lodge and its so beautiful, I would like to keep it simple! my theme is rustic. My colors are plum, taupe, and ivory..We are having beautiful centerpieces in birch bark vases as well as mason jars with floating candles and burlap. We are hanging differerent shades of white paper lanterns from the ceiling…The only thing I haven’t thought about was our actual ceremony space. We are going to be walking to the fireplace/hearth. Any suggestions on how you would decorate it?
Thanks ladies!!- Ray

How about tall candelabras with thin tulle wrapped the stems and bases.
mason jars with aqua lights in the bottom a few fowers on top. Set the lights to a color that is warm and inviting to you to line the aisle. Then you could turn down the lights in the lodge for a romantic glow. Or something like this ..

I like the tall idea! Do you have any pics of what you are talking about? 🙂

I could not find a picture of the exact idea I was talking about. However if you remove the ivy it would be very simular.
I also found this which is very rustic and could be very beautiful.

Hi fellow Seattle Bee!! Beautiful venue. You could do some buckets/vases with flowers in it like this:
Or I think lanterns with candles and flower petals would look super pretty in your venue. It’d be warm and romantic and not terribly expensive. THey have the lanterns at Ikea for cheap.
ETA: For the hearth, I’d do some pretty candles with maybe some apathecary jars w/ greenery. Like this:
