I ordered Allure bridesmaid dresses in March for my August 30th wedding. I’ve been patiently waiting for their arrival, which was supposed to take 8 weeks. I got the call yesterday that they were here. However, they were obviously not dyed at the same time as the colors are drastically different. We’re not talking a few shades different, 2 of these dresses are light pink and the other 4 are more of a Pepto pink. Neither of which matches the Dusty Rose color swatch. They look ridiculous and are unacceptable, so I have rejected them. My bridal shop was supposed to be coordinating a rush replacement yesterday. I was promised a call back with a confimed delivery date (hopefully before my wedding in 40 days) but have yet to hear back from them.
At this point, I dont’ know if i’ll have the Allure dresses and i’m not even sure I can order new ones in time. I’d like a refund from the bridal shop so I can start looking for a solution this weekend, but i’m afraid i’ll get push back from the shop owner.
Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated.
