Good for you! It’s great to share your wedding day with your children. Do a sand ceremony whereby you place on a table a bowl of colored sand (from a craft store) for each child and one for you and your husband. Each takes a scoop of sand places it in a wide topped vase, the youngest to the eldest and then you and your hubby to be place a spoon in together. This symbolizes the uniting of your families. Good luck! Lise of My Beloved Weddings

I was, too, but I had never been married before and did not have any children. (However, I ended up with four children, a SDIL, a soon to be SSIL, and, 18 months after my wedding, a beautiful baby granddaughter through my marriage to Darling Husband, though!)
Best wishes on your engagement and upcoming marriage!
