Anyone else an August 28, 2010 bride? Today is 400 days until THE DAY! I'm beyond excited, but a little overwhelmed... i still have so much to do.

Basically all we have is our venue (for ceremony & reception), colors, rehearsal dinner location, wedding party, caterer (though nothing is finalized), & possibly our bridesmaid dresses.... ahhh... so much to do. I'm completely overwhelmed.

Are there any other August 28th brides out there? How much have you gotten done so far?

I'm a 8/28/10 bride too - we just booked our venue and band this past week! I never thought of myself as an August bride (I always pictured myself having a spring or autumn wedding) but since a few members of our bridal party are in grad school, we figured doing the wedding in the summer would be most convenient!

I'm hoping to take the planning slow... now that I have the venue and band booked I feel good :) Dress shopping will start soon!
