haha, when I saw the title of your post, I thought "what, her wedding dress for $4?!!" but then I saw the photo :) Looks really cute! And what a bargain!
I was so excited. LOL. I love finding a good deal, and I always hit the clearance racks first ;-)
DH thinks it's hideous. LOL. He doesn't know fashion ;-)

@RayRayFurious: Haha, no coupon! It was on a 75% off rack! I also got a sweater dress (well, I think it was supposed to be a shirt, but I'm short, so I improvise!) for $2.97.
Hahahaha! I LOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEEE JC Pennys!!!! I just bought a dress and a lot of other clothes myself for $2.97 each! 
And the great thing about JC Pennys is that if you fill out their online survey from the receipt you can even use that extra 15% off on clearance items as well 
By the way girl, the dress is FABULOUS! And I'm with you too....I LOVE cheap clothes too lol!
Sigh. Why don't we have JC Penney's here?! And I still have to wait two more years for Target!!!! However we do have Coffee Crisp and Kernels.... On a side note, how can you not like mayo?! It's a food group unto its own!!!!

@Oneeleven: VS I'm excited about. Forever 21 are few and far between but I have been meaning to get back there. H&M requires too much patience for me, LOL! When Target comes my life may be complete ;)
Wow! Great deal! I love bargin shopping. I found some Limited pants at TJ Maxx for $16.99 the other day.
I work at JCPenney. I love when we mark stuff down like that. I rack up!
You guys are too sweet. The closest H&M for us is 3 hours away, sad.
