It came and went- but OMG the pictures
I’ve been waiting to post this! My recap!
Things that went wrong:
my small hat pins got LOST- so I had to substitute with a impromptu brooch from charming charlies. It looks like I have a small tiara. It’s funny actually. It reminds me of all the crazy that happened in the days before. So it’s kind of a love/hate thing
The officiant just forot our custom ceremony. I don’t know WHAT he was reading- but it wasn’t what we wrote. We spent 2 days writing and discussing what we wanted and I uess he FORGOT. He even had to ask the best man for our names. I was so. so pissed. But I only had time to be pissed for 2 seconds- I was getting married 😛
I had a HUGE (the size of a dollar bill) mark on my dress from the tire. The photographer saved the day and had something that got rid of it but still- rwar!
The girl whom I taught to do my music (we practiced 7 times!!!) kept messing up. I had to coordinate FROM THE SIDELINES. Oh well- she was 16 😛
Everything else went right. Everyone was on time- the food was amazing, it was short- sweet- and full of love. We stayed on budget and everything looked picture perfect. I LOVED my dress that I decided on- it worked perfectly with my veil. I’m 100% happy with doing my wedding on a sunday and only having 3 hours of photography. It was just enough and becasue our wedding reception was super short (ended after 2 1/2 hours) nothing was missed.
