Does he eat fruit?
Maybe you can get him an edible arangement! It's fruit shaped into flowers! How cool is that?
Hmmmm what about a beer that has fruit in it? I've seen a couple of neat orange peel beers, etc. You could do a little "mens kit" based off of that with beer, pretzels, etc.
On a side note, who the heck comes up with what every year is?! Fruit and flowers?! Wtf?! LOL!
Ooh...both of the above are good ideas! I have a feeling I would eat half ot the edible arrangement haha. The beer would be awesome though...he loves trying different kinds of beers, and that would tie in so well!
And seriously...fruit and flowers? I went to look it up and said the exact same thing...WTF am I going to get him! He has it easy this year!
I know you usually go out, but what about making a special dinner instead? Something with his favorite foods.
@Storm0075: Going out is usually our treat to each other. Not to mention, on our actual anniversary, we're going to a football game (he had better know how much I love him haha). So we were planning on going out over the holiday weekend. Good thought though!
@2PeasinaPod: French toast cut with a flower shaped cookie cutter for breakfast?! I'm stretching it ;) Sounds like the beer would be a good fit for sure. I'm letting DH plan our first anniversary. I think I've lost my marbles.
Traditional: flowers or fruit- see above
Modern: linen or silk/nylon- a sports jersey, linen shirt, silk boxers, silk sheets, silk tie
Gemstone: blue topaz or zircon:ring or cufflinks,

Ok bees...I need a little help! My husband and I are celebrating our 4th anniversary this week, and I need something small to give to him. We usually just go out to dinner to celebrate and get each other something small. Any ideas? The 4th anniversary is apparently fruit/flowers. Aside from getting him a bunch of flowers (which he'll probably get me), any good guy gifts you can think of?
