This is my 3/4 (.79) princess cut solitaire. The stone is F in color. And I wear a size 6, so just barely bigger than your finger. My setting isnt exactly what youre looking for, but you get thr idea about thr stone. =)

I really debated uploading a picture today, because my hands are really swollen because I’m sick and taking medicine. Usually, I do not have this muffin-top thing going on with my rings.

I’m a size 5, but I got a 5.25, because I knew I have problems with swelling. I’m so glad I didn’t let the jeweler talk me into getting the 5, because on days like today, I’d never be able to get my rings off!! Anyway, my center stone is .50 carats, its an H color, VVS1 clarity, emerald cut diamond, set in white gold, with two .20 carat emerald cut side diamonds. The rest of the diamonds are all baguettes.

If you decide you want an Emerald cut diamond, before thinking about what size you want, it’s best to really go for a high clarity. I wouldn’t recommend anything under VS1, because every inclusion is highly visible. There’s just no place to hide the flaws. The next thing I would look at is the color. Because you can see right through them, the color really stands out.
