I know it doesn't sound like much, but those little changes that you're making can surely add up :) Good job and keep it up lovely lady!
I know it's hard to be patient but you are trying to be healthy about it. There is no healthy way to drop 20 pounds in a week. Are you also working on your diet? That is a big part of weight loss. The little changes you make are making you healthier and will help you lose weight!

Got my heart rate up.. I know I didn't do it for very long, but I paired it with about 10 minutes of brisk walking outside my facility PLUS I'm going to the gym after work.
I'm really wanting some serious results, as the scales yesterday were not nice to me at all and have left me feeling slightly depressed.
Hubby says that I need to be patient, that I get frustrated too easily with working out if I don't see myself drop 20 lbs in a week (SLIGHT exaggeration) and he does have a point. I can't help it though.. I feel bad about myself right now.
This "happy fat" is not making me happy.
