Unless they can wait in line for you at Social Security or at the DMV, I’m totally missing the point of paying for a sevice like that. Arent all the forms online and easy to fine?

They also fill out te information on all of the forms for you and give you pre-written letters to send to credit card companies etc regarding name changes. Also helps you know which order to go about things. Obviously anyone can get all of these forms and have been doing so for years, but this could be a timesaver for some an help with a somewhat confusing process.

I bought this deal before I was married. Honestly, I want my $15 back.
I had to fill out ANOTHER form when I got to the DMV because the one they gave me wasn’t the “official” form. And I ended up calling all my banks and credit card companies separately because it felt more secure than just mailing a generic letter to some random bank address. (They ask you to enter your bank name and location and give you the one “closest” to you. I’m in NJ, they wanted me to send a generic letter to Chase in downtown NYC.)
