    I’m 5’2″ starting weight of 155, at 142 after about a month of dieting and hoping to get down to 125/130 which is my high school weight and even then I thought I was fat!  I’m kind of hitting a wall right meow tho.  I’ll reevaluate my goal weight when I get closer to 130.

    I’m about the same height, and down to about 120 – 123 depending on the day.  I want to get betewen 110 – 115, but would be tickled pink to be at 115.

    I think it depends a lot on your body frame. I’m 5’4″ and fairly muscular… the last time I was at 115 pounds was when I was in junior high! In high school I think I was 125ish… and in my early-mid 20s, 140ish was pretty much the norm. Sadly I am even heavier now! My goal weight is 135ish. I don’t even know if it would be possible for me to be lower than that unless I had a complete lifestyle overhaul… which is not realistic for me right now.

    Hips don’t lie. It depends so much on your build…i was below 120 after a terrible breakup (I’m closer to 5’5″ though) and I looked too skinny. My sister is 5’2″ and has a very small build and looks totally normal at 110.

    I’m 5’2″ but I hope I can still play! When I met my husband I was very thin at 105 (recovering from unexpected breakup, wanted to feel in control of something so I pretty much starved myself). But my “normal” weight back then was around 115. I’m now up to 130 and very much would like to get back to 115, but this time I’d like to actually have muscles, so I voted 115-120 since they’re a bit heavier.

    canarydiamond:  agreed that it has a lot to do with one’s frame.

     

    OP – you are at a healthy weight now, so if you want to see more change in your body, try strength training for muscle definition.

    cestvrai: I’m 5’2. Currently 138. I want to be at least 120, but my ultimate goal is to be back where I was two years ago, at around 105.

    It’s depends on your frame. I’m close to small frame, so I look big at 130lbs.  My heaviest was 139 (though it only last 2 days haha) but after I’m off pills and diet, I’m down to 126.4 for about two months.  

    My ideal goal is 118lbs which was my weight just before I dated my FI, so I’m hoping I can at least reach 123lbs in a month when I take my pre-wedding photo

    cestvrai:  I don’t set goals with specific numbers because I don’t know if my body could healthily get there. I think as long as you’re eating healthy food and tracking your calories, your exercise regiment will determine your weight. I rarely record my weight, but I do keep track of my body measurements. 

    For what it’s worth, I’m currently around 108-110lbs and look slimmer/more toned than I was at 100lb. Muscle weighs more than fat, but it also makes you look slimmer. 

    I’m goal oriented too, but instead of setting a target goal, I measure my upper arms, thighs, calves, bust, waist, and hip every two weeks. I usually just maintain my measurements now, but before when I first started to exercise, losing half an inch was the motivation I needed to keep going.

    If I could get rid of my 32DDDs id probably lose 10 lbs instantly and get within 5 lbs of my goal.

    I’m 5’3″ and I’ve been around the 107lb mark since I was about 15 (I’m now almost 30). I don’t want to gain or lose any weight.
