I've been struggling with my weight my entire life and have tried every diet there is with no results. Recently I decided to try eating whatever I want but simply counting calories and was amazed at how well that's been going. It takes work since you have to decide if you want to spread them out during the day or blow them all on one meal, and I've been learning to portion foods and actually feel satisfied at the end, which was a challenge in the past. Sofar in the first week, I have had 6 lbs just melt off that would have otherwise hung on for dear life. Still quite a few to go yet.
