Woohoo! Back to my pre pregnancy weight. That’s the good news.
The bad news: I wasn’t that happy with my pre pregnancy weight. Anyone have any good workout routines? My sister has been doing the 30 day shred. Maybe I’ll try that.
In other news, my 6 week old Kayla has started really smiling in the past couple weeks and it’s AWESOME! 🙂

I don’t really like the 30 Day Shred. I like No More Trouble Zones better. I’m still sore from it on Sunday!

I walk daily, which I found easy to keep up with post-pregnancy. Congrats on getting back down to your pre-pregnancy weight so quickly, though! That is an accomplishment!
And… a big “aaaaaahhhhhhh” to Kayla smiling. 🙂 Doesn’t that just make you melt?

I posted a thread once at 7 months post-partum about being pre-birth weight but being disappointed about how I looked. It really took until 9 months post-partum to look my best again… so be patient. There are still more changes to come!
