I hope your dog is ok! Sorry you’re being yelled at :/ it’s so hard to know when something is an emergency. After all, my dog gets constipated every time he has a bone lol and it’s definitely not serious.

I’m sorry to hear that your pup is sick. It really sucks to know he has a chronic condition (heart disease) but I’m glad they found the tumor. I had a dog that lived an extra 4 years to the ripe old age of 12 (which is good for a lab) after her tumor was removed.
