I can't believe we're less than 2 weeks out! We still need to meet with our DJ one last time, submit our final headcount to our caterer and pay remaining balance, last dance lesson, finalize wedding weekend plans with guests that are travelling from OOT, mani/pedi, and coordinate timing with our helpers. I feel like I'm forgetting something though... Good luck ladies!
Finish paying our vendors. Make guest book card instructions (we are doing a quilt), print up seating chart, and print programs. Other than that I think we are looking good!
OF COURSE finish paying for lots of stuff! Programs, centerpieces (which can't be done till day before, final reverend meeting, meeting with organist, figuring out where rehearsal dinner will be, last minute touch ups with BM gifts, song list, rent tablecloths, table numbers hmm I must be missing something! Seems like a lot but it'll get done.
Tonight my big project is table assignments and writing names on the escort cards in my best cursive!
I pick up my dress from David's Bridal on Friday, 8/13. They ripped my last one so hopefully this one is ok!
I also have to call and rent more tables!

We have to make our table numbers, finalize our seating chart, send our final guest list to the venue, finish our timeline for the day of, make our bathroom baskets (to do next week while we are in Georgia) and make our OOT bags (to do next week while we are in Georgia)
We went to Target last night and got a whole lot of travel stuff for our honeymoon!!!!! And then we started packing!!!
Lets see. What I can remember at the moment:
I can honestly say our planner helped keep us on track & negotiated things we didn't know were possible. We didn't start out with one. Hired her last minute mostly as a day of coordinator but she has gone above and beyond that.

My sister is 8/21 she has to get a flower-girl dress yet and finish her centerpieces :)
Jewelry (ordered), programs (need stapling), tuxes (to be picked up), table assignments (working on it), alcohol, vows, finalize / pay for tables and chairs, pickup another tablecloth, welcome bags, fold napkins in advance, iron tablecloths, buy mason jars for flowers for aisle, finish wedding party timeline for the day-of and assignments for each person, put lavender in bags for tossing, make an emergency kit for the day-of, last meeting with rabbis (today), figure out toasts and speeches.
Also we have to pay the band, caterer, and rental co. And the caterer hasn't emailed me back so I have to call and triple check with him on the head count, timing, etc.
Oh yikes. Too much to do.
