Is anyone else totally stressing? I'm trying not to but I feel like I have SO MUCH to do! Here are the main things:

finalize guest list/get # to all vendors/pay them etc

    print/put together programs

print info/put together items for OOT bags

    put together favors

meet with florist one more time

    do parents gift

When I write it out it doesn't seem like a lot but it feels like a ton. Deep breaths! How are you all doing?? What do your checklists look like???

Oh boy....Here's what I have left to do before 8/22

    Put together OOT bags

    Follow-up with non-RSVPers

    Seating Chart

Schedule of who goes on what shuttle from hotel to wedding location (ob everyone is going to want to take the later shuttle)

Coordinate photogs with getting ready schedule of guys and girls (at different locations)

Finalize menu (location prefers this info no sooner than 2 weeks before)

    Final Dress Fitting

Finish place cards/escort cards (can't be done until after seating chart is finalized)

Write and print note to guests/itinerary for OOT bags

And...I think that's it (???) That list was WAY longer than I anticipated. YIKES!!

Assemble favors (which will double as escort cards)

Follow up with people who haven't RSVP'd

    Seating Chart

    Make OOT bags

Order BM gifts (I know what I'm getting, just need to order)

Order FG/RB gifts (I have NO idea what to get)

    Get a guest book

    Buy shoes!!!

and a billion other little things!!!

hmm sounds like we are all working on a lot of the same things! i keep crossing things off my list but it still gets longer and longer...hmm.

    print and assemble ceremony programs

figure out the seating chart :( arg...and then make place cards once that is done

finalize the menu and room set-up with the reception venue

assemble the OOT bags...as i stare at boxes of snacks from costco...

anyone else think figuring out the timeline of the day has been really friggin hard?! figuring out who is going to be where when and what they will be doing has been driving me nutso!

Trying not to stress too much (though I made the mistake of checking out the long-range weather forecast -- possible rain predicted that morning -- trying to to stress with that, especially since we have an outdoor wedding :-P)

Let's see, I still have to:

    - Pack to move (yeah, that's kind of big, though I don't have too much stuff)

    - Finish writing vows

    - Make thank you's and bridesmaids gifts

    - Possibly write shower thank yous, but those may just have to wait until after the wedding

    - Find shoes. And earrings.

    - Pack for honeymoon.

    - Call honeymoon place for directions and check-in information.

    - Arrange my flowers (though they're ordered now) the day before.

    - Pick up generator, chairs, etc. that day (I think I'm sending my FI to do that, though)

    - Go to the courthouse for marriage license/name change stuff

    - make maps to the reception from the wedding

    - Get food for rehearsal dinner

    - Put together final music package for our musicians.

Basically, lots of little details. Other than packing :-P.
