Aww, I'm so sorry! I know that can be so frustrating when you've been anxiously waiting for something.
aw I'm sorry! It seems like 3 out of 5 packages I order from online have to be returned, for not being what I expected. Have you tried any stores where you can actually go to the place and check out the color before ordering?
Do you think perhaps they sent you the wrong color? Are you able to verify that this is what their red lanterns actually look like? Maybe you can exchange them? Or, sell them in the classifieds and try again?
Oh honey I"m soo sorry, but you may be able to recreate the "look" using tissue paper and a votive candle holder...

@crebre80 the votive candles with the tissue papers is something new... but i want something that pops and goes with the theme "mulin rouge"
i called the company today and they offered to replace the moroccan lantern and also let me keep the crocked one... so i will let you know how the new one works
You might just want to look around a bit more, and order a couple more samples from other companies to see if there are any closer to the colors you had in mind. There are TONS of vendors out there that sell these types of things. Good luck!

im so sad... i been waiting all day to get my packages... my beautiful Moroccan lantern and my paper Chinese lantern.
to my surprise the Moroccan lantern came wraped bad and one of the glass came chip in a corner is small but im freak that if i order more they will come broken... the glass is orange, not red how i wanted, and the whole lantern it came crocked, the base it not made properly and it doesnt stand by itself
the chinese lanter i bought in Lunabazar the no frills lanterns in red... when they came i was shock by the color. they look coral, not red, its like a reddish pink... it doesnt work...
this is my first wedding thing that i goes wrong in my planning... i did really wanted to use maroccan lantern for the centerpieces... everything sounds so stupid but im about to cry... :'(
