Just wanted to vent. I am 32 weeks along, and I feel breathless with really annoying frequency. Sure I feel it when I’m doing something physical, but I also feel it (although with less intensity) when I’m just sitting or lying down! Anyone have any tips? I am tired of feeling like I’m out of breath!!!

I noticed that trying to sit up straight or stretch out straight helped sometimes; I think it gave Addie more room to move out of my ribcage. I also used to push her little limbs out of the way when it was really bad, lol. 🙂 My husband thought I was crazy, but push a little on those feet or elbows and the baby should move to give you a bit more room to breathe.
