If I’m carrying flowers down the isle, I’m carring F-L-O-W-E-R-S. Meaning, a large cascade of purple hydrangeas, orchids, feathers, sparkly stuff, and grapevines. I want to see all you cascading bouquets!!! My mother is making mine, she’s been it since before I was born

I hear ya loud and clear! I wanted a big bouquet and even though everyone told me a cascading bouquet wasn’t in style, I had to have one.

I love cascade bouquets – cute little posies or rustic hand-ties are all well and good, but i really want a big flouncy bouffant of flowers… can’t wait to see what you guys post!
@cincychick35: your bouquet was gorgeous – beautiful colours! I’d love a good strong pink like that but i have been forbidden from using any pink 🙁

I couldn’t care less what’s “in style”! I knew I wanted a big cascading bouquet even before I was engaged. Here’s mine. It’s callas, stephanotis, bella donna, orange roses and bear grass. Sorry it’s such a big pic!

@Eight6Eleven: that bouquet is amazing! I love how it goes in all directions and its very colorful!
@morkiemama: the first and third bouquets just blew my socks off! FINALLY something different.
I’ll post mine as soon as we get started. I’ve got the raw materials (fakes) just need a few hours to put it together.

Here are a couple cascades we made this season. The cascade is starting to make a bit of a come back in our area! I love designing them!
Loved the black wire accents in the one above!
