@Maem103:  I looked into them because I was considering The Stotesbury Mansion. They had pretty solid reviews. I didn’t think they had much flexibility, at least at that venue. It all seemed very pick 4 from List A and 3 from list B – kinda cokie cutter.

I work with someone who got married at the Phoenixville Foundry and used them. I’ll ask him tomorrow and let you know what they thought.

I went to a bridal expo where they designed the event and cooked. The design/decor was great, but we weren’t huge fans of the food. Granted, we consider ourselves foodies and other people seemed very happy with the food. I also found the consultants to be very pushy, which was a turn off for me. But persistence is good once you hire them, I suppose 🙂

We decided to go with Feast Your Eyes instead
