I would order samples from them just to see if you like them – I did, and I thought they were fine (although I ordered a metallic sample, which I think might be a little heavier).  I did find that their inserts, etc. were too thin, though, so I didn’t use them.  I used Paper Presentation instead (http://www.paperpresentation.com), which were a little pricier but they get cheaper the more you buy.  The catch is that they don’t fit into regular 5×7 envelopes…

I used http://www.envelopperinc.com.  They are a great weight and very well made.  I wouldn’t say they’re the cheapest, but I am really happy with what I got.  Mine came out to be 1.29 apiece.

I used http://www.cardsandpocketsstore.com and honestly couldn’t be more thrilled. My pockets are canvas and quite sturdy. Then I used their invitation mats and then 100# paper for my invites (I had a print shop print everything), I then have 3 inserts plus my RSVP envelope. Nothing feels cheap at all, but they’re prices are awesome! And free shipping on samples. Really can’t say enough wonderful things about them, great customer service too!! I didn’t want anything to be like cardboard though because postage already is high! Mine will be 58 (or 59) cents each. I wish they made a 2 ounce wedding hearts forever stamp!

I ended up making my own pocketfolds but I ordered samples from cardsandpockets first. I got both a metallic and nonmetallic smooth (not canvas) sample and they were both pretty sturdy. You don’t want a lot of thickness anyway, since pocketfold invitations can get so heavy and thick with all the inserts. I did notice that the canvas swatch from them was on the thinner side, though.
