so when planning a wedding there are a few ways to go… ppl keep saying pick a timless dress something that wont be dated …
i loved this artical
its celebrates embracing the moment in time (the writter) talks about how 2009 was just 4 years ago and she alreayd looks dated so why be safe why not go big go all out and emrbace the moment of your wedding
i thought it was great … it was suggesting to go for the big energy you want and not pull back and i really liked that
…. that being said do you think your wedding had a time stamp on it do you like that or is it something you wish was more timless, do you think you would have taken more risks if you had known later like this lady?
I am thinking i def gonna play things up the wayi want to

I completely agree. As long as you embrace a trend because it’s your style, and not jsut because it’s “in” right now, I think it’s awesome to embrace the fact that your wedding will be stamped with what’s contemporary at the moment.
I didn’t do as much trendy stuff as a lot of brides do because I didnt’ have a strong focus on decor, but I’m sure that our clothing choices and the like will give the wedding a certain flavor as time goes by.

@cbgg: for me its funny cause one of the dresses in her artical is one i want for the party dress lol i was like gee look at that lol now i want something different then i laughted and thought no i saw that months ago and lov the idea of sometbing big and dramatic and puffy and pretty for the vows and then something chic and vintage for the party
