Yikes, sounds like the receptionist was having a bad day. My mother always says “You don’t know what’s going on with that person’s life.” Yes, it makes me mad when she says that but it’s true. You have your appointment, so try to ignore that woman’s bad attitude.

I ordered my dress from the flagship and they never called when it came in. Just sat there for weeks without me knowing. I’ve heard getting alterations done there is no fun which is why I went elsewhere. I’d call and complain while being prepared to expect this kind of service from here on out. Its super disappointing.

My junior bridesmaids dresses from David’s Bridal arrived early and they never told me.  I just happened to be in the area the day before they were expected and called to ask them, “Just in case.”  Don’t know how long they had been sitting there…

@MASPA:  I think they told me it was a flat $500 and I said ‘no thanks’
