I'm having problems finding the right paper for my invites.

Does anyone know a good place to order it online for a reasonable price?

i used to suffer from horrible acne and oily skin too! a couple of years ago i went to chicago for my friend's bachelorette weekend and stopped into the H2O+ store. i came out with some of their mattifying products that they recommended for my skin. and i must say, i hardly had a blemish since!  it'll probably take a couple of weeks to get used to your drier skin, but i think it was worth it. just be sure to use their recommended moisturizers and you should be okay.  here's the site... https://www.h2oplus.com/

this is the line that i've been using... https://www.h2oplus.com/retail2002/productlist.aspx?category=Acne

The cheapest I've found so far is at http://www.paperandmore.com/.  Here are several other websites I've come across: http://www.textstyledesigns.com/http://cardsandpockets.com/http://paperpresentation.com/.  Some of them also offer samples for free or purchase. Hope that helps!

I second paperandmore.com. I've been using them for about 2 years now and their paper has the best quality!

    I used envelopperinc  http://www.envelopperinc.com/mm5/merchant.mvc

They do offer samples, you just have to email them and ask them.  They have free shipping and everythign I have ordered has come with the right number of items or a few extras (envelopes/envelope liners).

I went with paper source: http://www.paper-source.com which seems to be the favorite of a lot of bees. They're still having a sale on some items right now (like Stardream envelopes). I was able to go to their actual store in Minneapolis, but the shipping isn't too bad either.

I love paperandmore.com too!!!  I ordered samples from them, and they arrived in only a couple of days.  Then I ordered custom cut paper to make invitation jackets - they came in perfectly!

I ordered from paper-source.com and bluedotpapershop.  I loved both :-)

www.cutcardstock.com seemed to be very reasonably priced.

What sort of invites are you making?  Pocketfold invites? Are you doing traditional invites?

If you're doing pocketfolds you can either make pocketfolds (which saves you a lot of money but is a pain) or buy them pre-made (they cost 1-2 dollars).  A simple google search will help you find them online.  As for paper, someone mentioned www.paperandmore.com

What kind of paper do you need?

If you're doing a layered invite, pocket fold, or just a simple no layer invite your base should be cardstock.  Cardstock is a heavier paper, and very sturdy (it may or may not run through a printer). If you're layering, the paper you print on should either be cardstock (you can bring it to kinko's for printing) or text weight paper.  Text paper should go through your printer.

When you order paper, order SAMPLES.  The color of the paper on your computer screen looks a lot different, then what it looks like in real life.  Oh, and if you're doing a layered invite, I think the actual piece that your print the words on looks very chic if your order linen cardstock or text.  It gives it a great texture.

      Goodluck

The cheapest I have found is discountcardstock.com An I PROMISE I searched for hours comparing prices. THe nice thing about them is that you can order in bulk which saves you even more.

When I was confused about some colors, the folks over at Paper Source offered to send me some samples for free!  You can also order a color swatch booklet from them.

Try Anchor Paper. http://anchorpaper.com/retail/paper.htm I got ALL my paper there for only $36 (500 cover weight sheets - 250 11x17, 250 8x11!) with shipping $49. They even personally emailed me to thank me and let me know when my stuff got shipped. You can even ask for samples and ask to custom cut your paper for you.

Try one of your local Envelopments dealers... www.envelopments.com.
