So if you read my earlier thread, you’re aware that I murdered a pile of donut holes this morning. As penance for my sin, I decided on a grilled chicken salad for lunch. Granted, it does have cheese in it & the dressing is not fat free, but I’m celebrating anyways because I didn’t get chicken strips & fries.
Anyone else have a swapportunity success story for lunch?

@okqueenbee: I have the oppisite: I had a healthy cabbage soup for lunch…and then sea salt fudge truffle ice cream for dessert, and I don’t even feel bad.

I had a weight watchers meal in the freezer but I went out for crispy tacos instead 🙁

@okqueenbee: I’m 5 days into a My Fitness Pal weight loss attempt and pre-diet when I went out to run an errand during my lunch time I ALWAYS went to McDs…. I successfully drove past McDs today *phew!*
@littlemisst08: +1 I used to do this ALOT. Go to work with the best intentions to eat well, say screw it and go out! Le sigh!

@mchitt329: I rarely do it, but I’ve fallen off the MFP wagon, and really need to get back on! It always kept me from doing this! Good luck with your effort, it really does work if you stick with it (she says while staring at the mirror and waving a finger at self)

@okqueenbee: I had Lenny’s, and I think myfitnesspal.com is judging me a little. I went ahead and added some exercise to my log for the day…even though I haven’t done it yet, it got me out of the red. lol!

I ate a black bean and spinach enchilada (homemade and healthy) for lunch…
Then had peanut butter with mini chocolate chips mixed in for dessert.
My husband is making salmon and veggies for dinner tonight so that should help me repend for the pb&c earlier. 😀

I just had my first meal of the day (at almost 5pm.) Beef tips and mashed potatoes. Two plates.

I had soup and only one piece of bread instead of the two I took out. Yay!

Microwave popcorn and a cup of tea , so not the best lunch :/ But I desperately need to get groceries tomorrow, so I’ll make up for it by getting some awesome produce.

Today I ate a box of girl scout cookies. Then I went to the gym, finished my workout, and promptly met two girlfriends for pizza for lunch. :/ In return, for dinner I ate a huge plate of roasted veggies (broccoli & carrots) to “make up” for it..lol.

I had a lovely salad with baked salmon for dinner… then a big bowl of cookies and cream ice cream! Although it was the low fat kind (but I bought low fat by accident haha)

You all are making me hungry. (Gonna get some food after I write this!) I don’t really watch my weight, but if I feel like I’ve been particularly gluttonous lately, I’ll have a whole can of vegetables, which is at least 3 servings of leafy green redemption. I also love apples with peanut butter.
ETA: I had grilled cheese, fried macaroni bites, and lava cake for lunch. and I’m eating a cream cheese danish and a cherry danish now. eep!
