Google! You can do shared online documents.
My mom and I did it for our guest/gift list. As stuff came in, we could both add to it.
I also used a Google document to help with organizing addresses between FIs family and mine. It's super easy to use and should be able to accomplish exactly what you're trying to do.
Thanks guys! We actually are sharing a google calender right now for wedding planning but I didn't think about the documents. Thanks so much!!
Yes yes...google docs is the answer! Just create spreadsheets/word documents, and both of you can edit them...its so fun/easy/useful! I also created a "form" for my bridesmaids as a "questionnaire" for which dresses/accessories/etc they liked...they got an online "quiz," and all of their answers automatically formatted into a spreadsheet for me to see! It was awesome!!!

My MOH lives about 500 miles away from me and we are probably only going to be able to get together 1-2 times between now and the wedding. I need help getting everything done and staying organized and there are things she can do from where she is, but I am having trouble finding a way we can both keep each other informed. I am new to planning (only got engaged 2 weeks ago), so maybe I just didn't stumble across this yet...but I am looking for a way to be able to share a checklist with her. I dont really want to do a blog, I just want us both to have access to the same checklist that we can both add our own things to and cross things off as we finish them.
At first we were just going to send emails back and forth, but I am a stickler for a "to do" list and I feel lost without a list to look at. Any suggestions??
