My wedding is in 6 weeks, My dress is a little too tight and I need to lose an inch to fit it better!
I havent really gained weight, maybe a little. But the bridal shop ordered a size smaller then what I tryed on, saying it was too big for me… pshhh. Should have just got that size.
Now I have to lose a few pounds. and FAST. Whats a good diet where I can start seeing results fast?? Also I go to the gym 2-3 times a week here lately just to get in shape/not lose.(last couple weeks ive slacked tho, but Im deff gonna start it again now!! because now I need to lose)
Low carb? low fat? I dont really want to take any diet pills. I dnt want anything BAD for me but, I dnt really care about the diet in the long run, I just want to lose quick before the wedding. If I gain it back after THATS FINE.
IDEAS? what has worked for you?

I did the 17 day diet. Its 3 cycles of 17 days but in the first 17 you loost a lot of weight. If you stick to it up until the time of your wedding you will be good. I lost 35 lbs after college. it took me like 3 months. I have maintained it too. I have the book on PDF so email me.

My fitness pal. Weigh and measure everything, watch sugars. Increase your cardio.

South Beach may be an option. I’ve never done it (I love my carbs too much), but it’s worked for a few of my relatives.

@alyssars1: Is it too tight all over or just in your torso? Can a seamstress take it out enough to make you comfortable? You could try some shapewear like a waist nipper in case the diet doesn’t do enough fast work.
Also, if your gym has a sauna, that helps to lose water weight quickly, especially a dry sauna (uses infrared). I know this sounds crazy, but a sauna suit (sweat suit that doesn’t have a cloth lining) also does the trick based on reviews I’ve been reading. You just have to be careful and drink a whole lot of water. Good luck!

Diets have never worked for me BUT there was a long stretch where I was a vegetarian and in that point of my life I was also the healthiest and I lost weight. Recently I have went vegan. NOT full on as if a salad comes with cheese I will eat it J BUT since I changed my way of eating 2 months ago I have lost 15 pounds and that is with little working out at this point.
Try taking an extra long walk, or if you find yourself sitting for too long get up and clean. My Fiance thinks its nuts when I start doing lunges around the house but it works!

@BaristaBee0143: Is this the diet that Dr. Oz recommends? I need to lose weight fast. I may need surgery and I know my GYN refused to do surgery with me at this weight. Help! Thanks!

@HisMoon: She had to make my corset REALLY tight to get the clasp at the top about 1/2 an inch away 🙁 And by making it so tight, 1: it pushed my belly out and made me have a belly bump and 2: that would prob get uncomfurtable!
She said she can move the clasp over a little more, but Im not having much hope right now.
I HAVE to lose some weight, to at least get rid of the belly bulge it causes of having it so tight, but im not sure how I can lose and more weight around my rib cage area…
UGH! I really didnt need this extra stress added…

You can easily lose a few lbs. in 6 weeks by running, drinking tons of water, and eating healthy. Don’t do anythnig drastic.
