I’m about to start looking at dress options for my two and three year old daughters but I’m not sure what type of material would be best.
They will be travelling to the ceremony and then photo location in five point harness child restraints so I need a material that won’t crease easily as it will get bunched up under the buckle between the legs.
Has anyone else had to work around this issue? Any suggestions for the best type of dress material that won’t end up too creased?
Thanks for any and all help.

Since your wedding is in December, may I suggest a panne velvet? It doesn’t wrinkle like regular velvet, is much more child friendly, and is highly appropriate for the season! And I’ve seen cute dresses for children that had a panne velvet bodice and then a chiffon or tulle skirt, sort of the best of everything 🙂

Towards the end of the night, just before she decided to take it off and run around in her diaper:
