Best Woman is definitely an option, I would think. There are lots of different options that you have such as Woman of Honor or Groomswoman (though not quite fitting with the title). One thing that you can always do is as her what she would like to be called. You don't have to go with i, but they may have a great idea too!
The other option that you have is not having gender specific titles for either side in the program and going with Groom's Attendants and Bride's Attendants... Not as formal with the titles, but still an option.
