I can’t say much about the shampoo, but my FI and I have been using the Crest White Strips Professional Effects and we’ve really seen an improvement!!  We actually split one box which gave us each 10 days worth and it’s been more than enough for the both of us.

Ditto on Crest Whitestrips Professional Effects!  I’m about to start on those soon so my teeth are nice for the wedding.

I don’t like Crest’s new Advanced Seal strips…I didn’t feel like they did as good of a job.

I’m a stylist.  Try Pureology’s clarifying/detoxifying. It is in a green bottle.  Don’t use a clarifyer more than 1x a week.  This line is safe for color treated hair.

I am using crest whitestrips for my wedding, and I have been getting lots of compliments on my teeth already!

Good luck!

Not sure about the hair, but for teeth, the Rembrandt works extremely well and for the dark circles, erase paste is awesome.

Did the girls at Sephora have any ideas to cover dark circles?  Usually they are good with recommendations.

My fiance and I are splitting the crest whitestrips professional box too and seeing good results so far. My friend used them who is a smoker and they really worked on her! We are pairing it with the Crest 3D toothpaste as well. Good luck!

I’m really interested to hear about the eye cream.  I’ve read in a lot of places that having an eye cream with caffeine in it is great for the middle of the reception when you’re tired and have had a few drinks.  What’s best for that?

I am over 30 and I use the erase paste all the time. I suggest going to the Sephora counter and ask for a sample. Take it home and try it to see what you think. A little bit goes a long way, at least for me.

-Thu i have never been in real need of Clarifying shampoo as i hardly use any products in my hair but i always rather turn to natural and organic options before using chemicals..so try combining juice of i large lemon with your usually shampoo or conditioner..since u have curly hair try to stay away from shampooing ur hair and after ur hair gets used to it u will c ur curls r behaving better.  The Sodium Laurel Surfer, Ammonium laureth sulfate and sodium laureth sulfer (the most gentle one of the 3) strips ur hair of its moisture causing dryness and frizz.  Curly hair is more dry and easily damaged compare to straight or wavy hair so give it lots of TLC πŸ™‚

-like the rest of the bees i would recommend the Crest whiting system i am planning to use it with my So closer to the wedding

– U need to figure out what is the cause of ur dark cycles. It can be caused by lack of Iron.  But for the most part it is genetic and can not be cured however somethings help such as a cream with Vitamin K ..Vit K is used to get rid of bruises and spider veins on legs after consistent use it usually can lighten up ur dark circles :)Things with vitamin C help too and the other options Bees mentioned

But int the end a GOOD concealer is ur dependable friend as u try other things to lighten up the circles …some good ones to try r: MAC Studio FIX (for me it is too heavy), If ur have Sephora near u Kat Vov D’s  tattoo Concealer, Benefit’s Boi-ing . and the most expensive the Bobbie Brown creamy concealer and if u need a lot of help the peachy corrector.

get lots of sleep if possible and always keep ur under eyes hydrated πŸ™‚

good luck πŸ™‚

Alterna Hemp Shampoo is the best. It’s a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The really nice thing about high quality shampoos is that they are more concentrated, and you don’t have to use as much of it. Just a little teeny bit (like, a dime sized amout) is all you need, so it lasts forever. I use the one for colored hair. It’s ze best.

Don’t use shampoos with alcohols or sulfates in them, because they will just dry out your hair more

As far as tooth whitening strips go, don’t use them all the time, because they can make your teeth very sensitive over time. You are better off going to the dentist to get it done

For dark circles, chamomile tea bags (used ones) put on your eyes. Chamomile is a natural anti-inflammitory. Works like a charm!
