deposit to reception venue...check! our date is 1/3/09 and since it's a holiday weekend, the coordinator said that people are not likely to have a celebration a couple days after new years....voila! discount she gave! we got $5 off per person! that doesn't sound like much, but it adds up to $1000 for 200 people...give mama some pretty shoes!
I also just orderded my Melissa Sweet dress knock off too...I found a place in Huntington Beach that has dresses for a fraction of the price of the original. My dress is originally $3-$5k (according to theknot.com) but i got it for almost 1/4 the price!
