Catieb, I also live in LV but work in West Chester. I called Sue Kim Tailor and Dressmaker. Sue is a wonderfuly talented Korean seamstress with a tiny shop in the WC boro - her mother and husband work there with her.
She did a wonderful job altering the flowergirl, MOB and creating a four-point french bustle and moving the sash on my own gown. I think my alterations were around $100.

Hey everyone,
After several past prom-dress-altering nightmares, I'm a bit nervous about surrendering my precious wedding dress to just anyone. I bought it off the internet, so I can't just get it altered at a bridal salon. Anyone have a good experience with a seamstress near me? I live about an hour from Philly, and am more then willing to drive an hour in any direction to get some quality work done. Thanks so much!
