Sounds exciting and exhausting! You'll feel very accomplished come Monday. :)
Yikes! That is a crazy weekend. But it will feel so good to have all those things booked and taken care of. And yes, $50/night is quite a deal!

So this is my first post on weddingbee. I'm Sarah and I'm getting married in the Outer Banks in October 2012. My fiance and I live in Annapolis, but we're originally from Cleveland, Ohio. So I like to say it's a Semi-Destination Wedding.
This upcoming weekend is going to be hectic. We're heading down to the OBX to meet with all our vendors and choose our caterer and cake/cupcake vendors. let just review
Saturday
9:30am - Caterer 1
12:00pm Cake Place
3:00pm Cupcake Place
5:00pm Meeting with Officiant
Sunday
10:00am - Caterer 2
12:30 - Meeting with DJ
3:00pm Meeting with Photographer
then drive back to Annapolis and to work on Monday. Luckily my wonderful father is driving from Cleveland to come watch our dogs for the weekend, so I don't have to take them to a boarding place. I'm super excited to have all my major decisions done, but its not exactly going to be a nice relaxing weekend.
Good thing is, I used Priceline "name your own price" to book a hotel and landed the Ramada Nags Head for $50 a night. Not bad considering the regular rate about double the price.
