I am not a runner by any stretch of the imagination but occasionally in my job I am required to run laps of the school playground – at a child’s insistence!
Anyway, the issue I have is with jiggling/bouncing…but it is not my boobs because obviously that is what a good sports bra is for. It is my bottom that decides to bounce up and down and is quite painful….what it feels like when your boobs do it when you’re not wearing a good sports bra!
Does anyone else have this problem and are there things that can be done to prevent so much jiggling – exercises, clothing? Thanks!

If you want to tone it up, squats and leg lifts (side and back.)
If you want lower impact running, wear a shoe with loose room in the toe and be sure to run on the balls of your feet, the way your body was designed. Ideally, heels not even touching the ground while running.
If you just want to wrangle your tush in, swap to shapewear for your undergarments. Spanx is a popular brand, and considering a size larger, so you don’t feel the whole sausage casing squeeze sort of feeling.
