Where would you go for all these things? I should have emphasized looking for gorgeous, non-touristy beaches.  Somewhere where we can do all these things without travelling around to the point of stress...

are you set on night life?

We honeymooned at the Southern Cross Club in Little Cayman island and OH MY GOODNESS was it perfect. There are just a few places to stay there - mostly duplexes on the beach, and one honeymoon suite (a single cottage). They cook breakfast lunch and dinner, you don't pay for anything. they know you by name, they know what you like and what you dislike. you can explore all you want - they have kayaks and snorkel and scuba boats. there is a private island in the near distance that you kayak to, COVERED in huge conch shells and cool stuff. You honestly do as you please all day every day. There are iguanas that are so friendly and prehistoric looking that you can bike and see. They give you beach cruisers. No nightlife though, but there are places on the island that people party. the staffers of the places (there are just 100 residents on the island) usually live it up and have a party at the beach club down the street.  They have everything open at night at the SCC though, bars etc, but it's not going to be super jammin'. PM me if you have questions! they're GREAT there.

I can't speak from experience yet, but we chose Bali for our honeymoon destination in July.  From my intensive internet research and recommendations from friends I gather it meets all of your requirements.  Not the best beaches in the world, but beaches, and culture and nightlife.  And the island is pretty small so I think you can get around pretty easily.  Good luck!
