I wrote a post about a week ago, griping about one of my bridesmaids and her lack of interest. In the last week, I've really been thinking about her, our friendship, and of course, wedding planning. This is the conclusion I came to:
I am waaaaaaaay to obsessed with this wedding! Life will go on after this, I will be blissfully happy with hubby-to-be and I'll still be a complete person when it's all said and done. The world does not revolve around MY wedding, nor should I expect people to. I had forgotten what a blessing it is when people ask and take an interest in our big day and instead had assumed everyone would want to know every detail.
I'm a bit remorseful that I took this so seriously. I'm opening my eyes to the big world and taking in all the other things going on (like graduate school).
Have any of you gals ever caught yourself on the unhealthy side of wedding-obsessed?
