@alyssaC:  I like how well the enhancer “moves with the ring”.  It’s very pretty!

I normally don’t like enhancers. I think you should keep the ering as is. It is such a gorgeous ring and I think the enhancers make it too chunky looking and take away from the ering.

I would keep looking if you’re not sure about it. Custom isn’t as expensive as you’d think, though. Have you tried a super thin micro pave band? Like 1.5mm? That wouldn’t obstruct the entire side view.

Talk to the jeweler about having your e-ring set a little higher than the enhancer so the sides of it show.

Also, have the jeweler make a note of what enhancer that is, and keep looking.  If you don’t find anything you like better, you can always come back and order that enhancer, and you can order it in the correct size so it doesn’t have to be resized, because it looks a little big for you now.

@alyssaC:  I’m going to stick with my original opinion–keep the side view!  It looks beautiful with the enhancer, but it overwhelms your e-ring a bit.  I would keep that side view no matter what!

I like it without the enhancer I feel like it has too much going on. Maybe an enhancer that curves with your ring would look better? Or just 1 thin pave band that curves with your ring even if you had to custom make it it shouldn’t be much 🙂

I think the enhancer is a little over whelming and takes away from the beauty of your engagement ring.

@alyssaC:  Have you considered having a custom plain gold band made, which curves to fit your band on one side and is straight on the other, so you can then wear a thin diamond band below the plain gold band?

@alyssaC:  i love your ring and i love the enhancer but just not together.  they don’t fit very well and i can see the enhancer rubbing on both sides of your ring.

i think your best bet it to get a thin pave band or plain band.  then you will still have one pretty side of your ring uncovered to look at.

@alyssaC:  I’m not the biggest fan, to be honest, but it’s all about your taste! Could you just get half of the enhancer? That way you could have one good side view and have a wedding band?
