Weddingbee boards

When FI and I first got engaged, we had no ring..we then went to Jared and bought simple gold bands. The lady there told us that I could get a band with diamonds on it, but I declined. She told my FI "You really have a good woman if she's turning down diamond eternity bands and getting a plain one." That was 10 months ago.

Today, my FI made a big purchase and bought me a beautiful engagement ring! We looked yesterday at some diamonds and went back today to make a final decision. I didnt know that within a half hour of us deciding on our stone and then having a quick meal at Mcdonalds, the diamond was already set and my was resized!  When we were there yesterday she sized my finger, but that was about it.

Now I can add on to the Porn collection! The funny part though was that my FI had been wanting a Movado watch and so I've been saving for that to give to him as a wedding gift. Well, I found his Movado for only $289 no tax at the base exchange  and it retails for 1K. I bought it and it came in the mail today! He came home wondering what I had ordered. lol Unfortuantely for him, he wont be getting it till July! Today was a great day for both of us!!

Thanks ladies!! I am SOOOOOO in LOVE with it! I told FI that I dont think I can drive for a while b/c I cant stop looking at how sparkly it is. lol I wouldnt want to get into an accident.

@HisIrishPrincess: I dont know how long I'll be able to hold out either! I did open the package last night and the watch was very nice. I wanted to just give it to him! I'm going to have to leave it at my mom's house b/c if I dont, he will probably have it by the end of the week.
