I've still got two months to go...but I'm starting to get really stressed out. I've been waking up in the middle of the night totally stressed about the wedding and all that needs to be done usually following some random nightmare (this time about preserved moss....I'm not even using any!!! wth?) and then I come downstairs to my kitchen, drink water and make lists of all that I have to do. This is really wierd.

Anyone else finding themselves doing wierd things because they're stressed?

I"m doing weird things, my body is doing weird things, last weekend I randomly woke up with a swollen bag under my left eye and a mole on my face fell off, now I'm up making a program cover in illustrator that I'm pretty sure is ugly but I'm still working on it because I'd rather do something than sleeep

This happens to me about work/school sometimes.  In fact it just happened last night.  I am sure it will happen to me about the wedding.  Can you fall back to sleep after making the list?  What if you tried making the list before bed?  I found that helps me sometimes.

Totally normal. In the final months of our engagment I was probably averaging five hours of sleep- and not the good kind of sleep. I couldn't believe how good life started to feel once the wedding was over. People talk a lot about post wedding blues... but I had the exact opposite reaction. As soon as the wedding was over the stress just melted away... it feels so good to be back to normal life. Hang in there ladies!

Ack! I haven't been having wedding stress but I've had work stress, so that's been keeping me up. I don't have much good advice but to offer you support!! My insomnia actually got so bad I had to get a temporary prescrip of Ambien.. hah.. it works! Try the usual suspects.. yoga, exercise, warm milk... Good luck to you!

I haven't had wedding stress yet, per se, but I'm positive that what you're going through is normal.  I have had dreams where we're at the wedding and I forgot just about everything... that's not cool.  I just mentioned in another post that making lists actually helps me a lot, does it help calm you?  Or just overwhelm you?  At first its overwhelming but when you get to check off the items on the list its a great feeling.  Everything will work out so hopefully you'll be able to rest between now and the wedding day!
