@dewingedpixie:  Wow, I’ve never seen a star sapphire before! It’s gorgeous! It makes me think of cosmic dust!

Here’s my RHR, but in this photo it’s on the middle finger of my left hand (usually wear it on the middle finger of my right hand) because it was easier to snap a picture with my dominant hand (oh and the pink reflection is from my iPhone case). 😉 I always wanted a ring to commemorate my alma mater, but I don’t like regular college class rings and didn’t think I’d get much wear out of something liket that. Since one of my school’s colors is blue, I went with a London Blue Topaz. It’s definitely not the exact shade of blue as my alma mater’s color, but I love what it means to me. 🙂

@diamondsforevershine:  I love yellow stones. So cheerful! I’ve secretly jonesed for a yellow gemstone for a long time 😉

This was my right hand ring. I lost it at work years ago. Miss it so much!!

@dewingedpixie:  It is Alexandrite…. thats why it is so small! I have the matching necklace too and the necklace is a little larger. Even though I fell in love with the ring first, I ended up liking the pendant more.

@dewingedpixie:  Oooh, that’s pretty.  I’ve seen blue sapphires and rubies with the star, but I’ve never seen a white sapphire.  That’s really cool.

My newest ring is a antique garnet cluster.

@dewingedpixie:  very beautiful ring, and loving all the rings on this thread 🙂

Here’s my RHR:

It’s 18k yellow gold with a natural white freshwater pearl… a gift from my lovely mum 🙂

Pearl is my birthstone (June).
