Thanks for all the nice comments! The envelopes were ordered as the cards and inserts. I had to assemble that part! Now for the DIY parts: I cut out the little tags that went on the outside and printed the guests names. Oh forgot a pic of that so I'll show you now. I also rubber stamped them and the back of the mailer envelope (no pic of that though) I tied all the ribbons and cut the edges. Definitely a lot of work, but worth it. Have gotten lots of compliments :)
Yes, I rush to my mailbox when I get home every evening! hehe

They look gorgeous! Did you DIY the square that's sealing the pocketfold? I love the bow that ties it all together too!
My stationer did all the printing--yes on a regular inkjet printer I believe! Her company is Paper to Pixel Designs in Fullerton, CA. She designed our monogram also and printed it on those squares. I just had to use adhesive to place them on the envelope edge! I DIY'd the outer scalloped square tags with people's names and rubber stamped them with heart designs and a 'love' logo :) So far, they are a success!

Oh, the postage was 61 cents, we used the wedding cake stamp. I had them all hand cancelled at a small post office in Glendale, CA.
